Eight 45-60 minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions scheduled biweekly
Worksheets to guide you through the Feel Good Effect Vision exercises
Accountability and encouragement through weekly email check-ins
A plan to implement to move you toward your Feel Good Vision and goals
